The Predictive Guard Inspection AGV Rover introduces an advanced Industrial Automation system for predictive maintenance in smart factories. Integrating LiDAR-based SLAM, machine vision, thermal imaging, and acoustic inspection, it autonomously monitors equipment health with high precision. Using YOLOv11 and autoencoder models, it detects anomalies with up to 92% accuracy through MFCC and beamforming techniques. ROS2-based navigation ensures reliable waypoint traversal, while a Laravel-Flask dashboard provides real-time monitoring. Combining IoT connectivity and multi-sensor fusion, the system enhances fault detection, reduces maintenance costs, and aligns with SDG 9 and 12 by promoting efficient, sustainable, and data-driven industrial operations.
