In today’s modern era, efficient delivery and material transfer systems are essential, particularly in industrial, logistics, and small to medium-scale production sectors such as 99 Speedmart. However, traditional conveyor machines often face limitations including large space requirements, high installation costs, and difficulties in relocation. To address these challenges, this project introduces an innovative solution called FLEXCROLL — a flexible, foldable, and lightweight conveyor system designed for easy mobility and space efficiency. Capable of supporting loads of up to 45 kilograms, FLEXCROLL is suitable for various industrial and commercial applications. The involvement of the community and small-medium enterprises plays a crucial role in supporting this innovation by acting as early users, providing feedback, and promoting wider adoption. Through collaboration with students and institutions, FLEXCROLL aims to enhance local innovation, improve productivity, and reduce dependency on manual labor. Overall, this project seeks to deliver a practical and cost-effective conveyor system that meets the evolving needs of modern industries.
