The Malay Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire for Virtual Consultation Services (MPSQ-VC) measures satisfaction with virtual consultations in Malaysian primary care. Developed through validation, it measures service effectiveness, assurance and empathy using a 10-point Likert scale for mobile administration. Its psychometric properties show strong internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha ≥ 0.9) and construct validity. The MPSQ-VC is completed digitally post-consultation in 10 minutes, enabling efficient data collection and integration. It evaluates satisfaction while supporting SDG 3 through data-driven decisions. The tool can be adopted by outpatient services and translated regionally, establishing satisfaction benchmarks. Virtual care improvements support healthcare system resilience and universal coverage.
