Integrating SLAM-based navigation, Llama 2 LLM chatbot, and Intel RealSense machine vision, it autonomously patrols, interacts with users, and detects emergencies. The system supports facial recognition, fall detection, and gesture recognition, while a servo-based medical dispenser provides rapid access to first-aid supplies and AEDs. Testing achieved over 90% accuracy in recognition and under 2.5-second response times. The solution improves security efficiency, supports SDGs 3, 8, and 11, and demonstrates a scalable model for intelligent, responsive retail safety systems.
