Harmony-in-Action transforms Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) research into practical tools for promoting interethnic cohesion. Developed from qualitative data in Sabah, Malaysia, the toolkit identifies linguistic practices such as dialect accommodation, politeness markers, and multilingual switching that sustain everyday harmony. The CDA-to-Action Pipeline converts real speech patterns into behavioral indicators and training modules, while the Place-Sensitive Harmony Map guides context-specific applications. Scalable across multicultural societies, this low-cost toolkit enables policymakers, educators, and community leaders to translate research insights into actionable strategies for living, teaching, and sustaining interethnic harmony.
